Hello from Russia!

Standart Passwords, such as "12345" and "cisco" don't work.

Phone configured for use static IP-adress and TFTP-server settings is disable.

Hi! Default password is 1234, try it first.

If it doesn't help then try to reset:

1. Press **2. And then press the Yes softkey.

or

2. Press **#. Enter admin password, if asked, and then press the Enter softkey. Select Erase Configuration and press the Yes softkey and then press the Save softkey.

Hi, nomiel!

I am understand this, but:

I'm forgot password, and can't reset to default settings this phone.

1234 and other - don't work :(

Have you tried 'Cisco' with upper case 'C'?

Hello, Ajaz

'Cisco' with upper case 'C' - don't work :(

Hi,

if you have access to CCO downloads, you should try the recovery images for the 7902/05/12. In the zipfile there is documentation on how to do that.

ftp://username:password@ftp.cisco.com/cisco/voice/ip-phone/client-tools/7902_05_12_Recovery.zip

hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

Hey, I know this document doesn't specify 7905 but take a look anyway:

<http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/phones/ps379/products_tech_note09186a00800941bb.shtml>

It may or may not help but definitely take a read.

Ajaz

No, the 7940/60 (telecaster) reset procedures do not apply to 7902 / 05 / 12 that are based on ATA technology.

I never said that it did apply ; )

We all could do with a bit of reading practice now and then hey...

Again I'm not sure this will do it but the document is platform specific.

<http://www.cisco.com/application/pdf/en/us/guest/products/ps1851/c2001/ccmigration_09186a00801b17d3.pdf>

"Resetting the Cisco IP Phone

To reset the Cisco IP Phone, enter the following command from your web

browser:

http:///reset

where ipaddress is the IP address of the Cisco IP Phone that you are resetting."

Must be a way to do it - just don't give up!
