Hi Guys,

If I have the following command output below, does the class N/A mean that the device (which is a cisco 7961 phone) is not using the IEEE 802.3af standard and using Cisco's pre-standard for PoE?

Many thx indeed,

Ken

Hi Friend,

Can you confirm the exact model of your IP Phone?

Do the phones have their power supplies plugged in as well as being plugged into the switch? Depending on which was plugged in first dictates which power supply the phone draws from.
