I cant launch Topology service

hello,

i've ciscoworks 2.5, when i trying to launch Topology service in campus manager from client PC Error Message appear "This application request to be run under java 2 runtime environment, please close all browser windows first, then relaunch this application again and install the java 2 runtime environment. after that, this application will restart the client machine before using the application"

But i have java installed on the client.

please any body help me

CiscoWorks LMS 2.6 (and earlier) performs stringent Java version checking, and doesn't play nice when any other version is installed. That's why you should *only* install the JRE provided by CiscoWorks LMS:

If you're sure you only have the supported version of Java installed, that message just means what it says--you have to restart MSIE and try to access Topology Service again.

LMS 3.0 seems to be more lenient, according to this post:
