I have configured a spann port on my CAT6509, source port is part of 4 port-channel trunk,My question is , when I monitor the traffic on destination port ,Is this monitoring only for this port or all 4 ports in channel group ?
I'm afraid you cannot do it. You should SPAN the Po interface instead. Here is from the config guide:
A port-channel interface (an EtherChannel) can be a SPAN source, but you cannot configure active member ports of an EtherChannel as SPAN source ports. Inactive member ports of an EtherChannel can be configured as SPAN sources but they are put into the suspended state and carry no traffic.
