CallManager 4.1(3). Here is the scenario. Calls from the PSTN hit Unity-PSTN Caller Dials Extension-call transferred and answered on PhoneA-PhoneA transfers to PhoneB and Answered-PhoneB transfers PSTN call back to PhoneA-Phone A answers but call Drops either in a Blind or Supervised transfer. Happens everytime. Attached is a debug from the PSTN. Reading the debug isdn q931 all I can notice at the end was this: Protocol error; unspecified after the last transfer. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks.

Night be something related to the ccm service parameter called 'Forward Maximum Hop Count'. What value do you have in there?

Appears to me based on Q931

You are sending redirected Display back to the Telco. The messages sent back from the Telco say "unsupported". The telco may consider this an error and after a couple disconnect the call. Try turning off "Redirect Number IE Delivery - Outbound"

Hello. We are seeing exact same issue. Did you ever find a solution? Thanks much!!

This was from TAC:

In the Call manager, go to Service >> Service Parameters - Select the server and the service "Cisco CallManager"

Look for Enable DMS PRI Notify Message from User to Network

Change it to False and click update. Reset the Gateway. It was Telco dropping call.

Thanks so much, That fixed our issue instantly!
