tryiug to verify whether customer has patched JRE(java runtime engine) in the past according to this link http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_field_notice09186a00807e02b1.shtml

I even can not find this in cco , and how do I verify whether customer has applied or not? My customers has 3.35/4.13/4.23 three platforms. Thanks

Check the log to see if the patch was applied:

c:\program files\common files\cisco\logs\Cisco Unified Communications JRE DST Updater xxxx-xx-xx xx.xx.log, accessible via Start/Cisco Install Logs in the ccmpatch folder.
