I have a weird problem with Callmanager callback.
The CCM version is 4.1.(3)sr2
When users are pushing the "callback" button,they got the message "callback cannot be activated" on their ip phone.
I already rebooted the publisher (where the phones are registered to) and restarted the extended functions service but it doesn't help.
I'm going to restart the CCM and CTIManager service on both the servers in the cluster this evening and see what it does.
Does anyone has another proposition? I can not find anything in bugs/troubleshooting guides
