Hello,
I have a weird problem with Callmanager callback.
The CCM version is 4.1.(3)sr2
When users are pushing the "callback" button,they got the message "callback cannot be activated" on their ip phone.
I already rebooted the publisher (where the phones are registered to) and restarted the extended functions service but it doesn't help.
I'm going to restart the CCM and CTIManager service on both the servers in the cluster this evening and see what it does.
Does anyone has another proposition? I can not find anything in bugs/troubleshooting guides

I had an issue like this a while ago. turned out the phones didn't belong to the right Device pool.

Euhm...maybe...i don't think someone modified something in the device pools...
Passwords have been resynchronised on the subscriber for DC directory.That's all.

I have the same problem. Did you ever find out what it was? I can't find anything online, and I have reset all that I can. Next step is a TAC I guess.
