1) Restart the IP phones
2) Check the phones are in correct Voice Vlan
3) Make sure the IP addr, subnet mask, default gw are correct. You can do this on the IP phone Network Configuration settings option
4) Verify that your DHCP server is reachable by those phones and scoped to provide the phones with necessary information
