Solved: System IPCC and CVP

Hi,

I will deploy a CC with Parent Child model and I want to use CVP also. In my model I will deploy parent, child one (System IPCC) and child two (also System IPCC) to different geographic three locations. The question is how I will use the CVP for failover senarios. I have studied some depleyment models but these models say you have to use CVP on parent side. Can I use the CVP at client sides.

Hi,

You can not use CVP at client sides because System IPCC only supports Cisco IP/IVR (5 IPIVRs) as queue point or self-services applications, not CVP.

So you can only deploy CVP on the parent IPCC.

As an FYI, be careful with Parent/Child. If you intend to deploy multi-channel, you have to implement multi-channel at each child so it gets costly.
