All, I cant seem to figure out what Unity Bridge is, and if a customer uses it or not. Can someone guide me on this to let me know what it is and how to determine if its in place or not?

Hi John,
The Cisco Unity Bridge acts as a networking gateway between Cisco Unity and Avaya Octel systems or Avaya Interchange, which are on an Octel analog network. With the Bridge, Cisco Unity subscribers can send messages to and receive messages from Octel subscribers. With Cisco Unity Bridge, users maintain advanced messaging capabilities on both systems as they migrate to Cisco Unity.

Hope this helps!
Rob
