Hi,

As it is a professional examination the course content is much more involved as such. However, that shouldn't make the exam any more difficult than the CCNA because how you approach a CCNA exam and a CCNP exam should be the same (i.e. you know the subject well).

What are you planning? If it is taking CCNP without CCNA then that can't be done. You must have a valid CCNA certificate in order to take CCNP exams.

Hi,

I don't think there is. Maybe the simulations if you don't have much field experience or never do a LAB study with a CCNP workbook :)

At that time I took my CCNA and CCNP, I find CCNA more difficult for the following reasons;

1. This is the entry level for anyone trying to acquire Cisco certification.

2. During my time, it reach the highest requirement of total score to pass the CCNA exam which is 900+. So even for those who use BD, it will be hard for them to pass the exam by memorizing the answers :).
