1. Trying to coonect a Tivoli box via a content engine to our 4006 with supervisor 3 going out over a WAN. Have been told that Supervisor 3 does not support WCCP.
2. Please advise if you have any info or suggestions.

A low-end 1800 Series router supports WCCP. Have you consider that as an option ?

1. Have a 2600 series however it is allocated to other tasks.

The only suggestion I can give you is getting a router that support WCCP. As mentioned before, a 1800 should meet your needs.
4006 SupIII, as you know, does not support it.
