Problem Call pick up ccm 3.3(5)

Hi.I've a strange problem: Call manager vers. 3.3(5) and three IP Phone 7906. Every 3 - 4 days on the soft keys buttons disappear the Call Pickup function.Resetting the phone Call Pickup reappear on phone's display.The phones have App Load ID: jar11.7-2-2-12.sbn, Boot Load ID: tnp06.3-0-1-5.bin, Version: SCCP11.7-2-3S.

Hi Flavio,


This is probably a Bug in the 7.2 IP Phone Firmware. The 7.2 Firmware release was filled with Bugs, I did a search at one time and there were 268 Bugs with 7.2. There are probably more now :(


Can you try loading a newer 8.x load on one of the problem phones. This will likely resolve the problem.
