Missing reachability dashboard.
Cannot find it under the new version.
Use to be under RME-Availability-reachability dashboard

The removal of Availability Monitoring (Reach ability Dashboard) in the latest ALMS version is decided due to network resource issues caused by this application. The Availability processes tend to consume the CPU and the bandwidth causing bottlenecks in the network.
You may try the availability of a device by using the Device Center (Ping, Trace Route) in Device troubleshooting. Also, DFM will offer you the following real-time assistance to network operations personnel:
" Monitoring and displaying the operational health of the network
" Analyzing events that occur in these environments and determining when a probable fault has occurred
" Notifying users of alert conditions through an online display and through other notification services

I looked through DFM and I am not sure where the option is to Monitor and display the health of the Network.
