WLC 4402 and Cisco ACS 4.1 - user exceeded max sessions

I'm having this problem for some users, but not all.

Users are logging in via web-auth on the WLC and some are getting denied because on the radius its saying they have exceeded their max-sessions. The max-sessions in the user group is set to unlimited...but with 1 allowed session per user.

Its almost like the WLC is not getting or relaying the closing of the session to the Radius.

We are running at the current firmware for the WLC. Has anyone experienced similar problems?

I would def. make a TAC all here. This could be the answer to some other problems we thought were EAP related. Are you running 4.1.185?

Yes we are running 4.1.185 firmware.
