UCCX 5.0 backup location

Hi there,

I am trying to backup UCCX 5.0 and it seems UCCX 5.0 doesn't support any other backup location other than windows share folders.

Is it possible to use SSH(or SFTP) to backup UCCX 5.0?

All other appliance model of IPT application are able to do that, why can't UCCX?

You can backup to a network share by doing this:

\\

SSH / SFTP are not allowed. Only local or network share is allowed. Isn't that good enough?

I tried to backup UCCX 5 to a local drive and it failed at archiving. Does it support local backup at all?

I had attached the error screenshot.
