Hi there,

I need to backup my Unity 5.0 and was wondering if it will support SSH/SFTP method.

All other appliance model of IPT application support SSH/SFTP, except UCCX 5.0 and Unity which are still under windows platform. Is there a way to get these 2 backed up to SSH/SFTP server?

Thanks,

The backup tool can be accessed from Tools Depot -> DIRT backup/restore. DIRT stands for Disaster Recovery tool. It cannot use SSHP/SFTP but you can back up the data to a local share or to a network share. When using NEtwork share, i would suggest you check the two hop method of backing up sql data first locally in a temp folder and then it will automatically move the data to the network share. I usually map a network drive on the server and then specify the :\folder\ as the path. There is a way to schedule a dirt back up on the task scheduler as well.
