I'm using CCM V4.1 and I'm experiencing the following issue with Extension Mobility. If I set the auto login time to 8 hours and True, the user will be logged out after 8 minutes. I now have to set the Login time to "false" but would rather have the phones return to their original settings after a set time. It was working but just stopped and I don't know why.Any Ideas ? Is there a patch for this ?

if "Extension Mobility" feature is not working, you need to restart the Cisco Extension Mobility service at the Cisco CallManager Serviceability page and reset the phones that need this feature

Extension Mobility is working. The "Timeout" feature is not working properly.

I have the same problem
In my case - log out is done after 1 hour (CCM V 4.2)

In my case, the problem was caused because the Publisher's date and time were way off. I corrected the this, restarted the tomcat services, and it resolved the issue.
