covad phone only wants to use mgcp

All, I have several 7940 phones that have a firmware for MGCP on it. It came from a Covad CallManager originally, and we have set this up on our own CME for SIP. Most phones converted over just fine, but I have several phones that wont. Any idea how to shake this problem?

Problem resolved everyone. I left out one goofy thing: tftp-server XXXXXX . Anyway, thanks.

When you can, try sccp for your cme phones. More features, more robustness :)
