Where do I add a user to the "Customer Response Solutions Administration" administrator section?

You would go under IPCC, User management menu and add a user as administrator.

Thank you!

Used to be that in the older version Customer Response Applications Administration which is now Customer Response Solutions Administration you could select "ICD" under the Subsystems. Where is that option now? Any idea?
