Used to be that in the older version Customer Response Applications Administration which is now Customer Response Solutions Administration you could select "ICD" under the Subsystems. Where is that option now? Any idea?

Hi Jose,
Just to add a note to the good info from Avner. This changed between CRS 3.1 and IPCC 3.5.x along with the name change I beleive.
