I'm looking for some softwares that can do the following:
Connect to the equipment with a console port. than forward the connection as a telnet server.
This way a local equipment can ba accessed via console port remotly.
I'm not sure that this kind of software in availible, but I think that's the way Cisco Remote Labs works.
Any suggestion??

Maybe a 'console server' is what you're looking for. I don't have any experience with this kind of servers or software, but i know there's loads of information on Google if you type in 'console server'.

You could take an old pc and put some PCI cards with serial interfaces in it (like this one: http://www.coolgear.com/images/165273.jpg).
You can control the pc via a Remote Desktop connection, voilá; a simple console server!

Haha that's the easiest, but not interesting for me, I like to use this software in client sites where I can access in any case of problem, with a remote desktop if I connect with a ISDN 56kbps connection that will not be the best way to do.
