Hi All,
is that possible during business hours call goes to receptionist phone and she answer the call and after hours call goes directly to automated attendant? if you give me a clue, I'll be very appreciated.
I am using CME and CUE.

Hi,
You can have way the receptionist to set CFA to AA when leaving the office and taking it out when attending.
For this you may need to set config service AA on a DP in "loopback mode". that is a DP voip with session target set to an address of the router, and incoming called-number.
Or since you have CUE you can program the office hours in there and treat the call accordingly.

The Auto Attendant Script in CUE can be modified to check for time of day & day of week. During business hours the CUE Auto Attendant could route calls directly to the receptionist. After hours the time of day options could route the call to the automated call options.
