ISDN Connectivity problem

Hi,

I have a problem with ISDN link connectivity as whenever we are goning to dial DataCenter dialer string from branch sometimes it showing deactivated, and sometimes active(Layer 1), multiple_frame_established(layer2) but in layer 3 (0 active calls). and sometimes it also dial to DC dialer string for 22 seconds or 120 seconds.we try this somany times with lease line(primary link) in on situation and also in off situation.

Whenever we dial from DC side to branch dialer string it continue for 120 seconds with lease line in on situation and also in off situation.

Can u help me on this and suggest me any sample configuration.

To see what is happening we need to have more info. Please post the following:

-router configuration

-output from deb dialer

-output from deb ppp neg
