Directories Button asking for UserID & Password

Hi,

I am using CCM 4.1.3 sr 5b. For the last 2 day noticing that in my IP Phones (7940) whenever i press the Directories Button it prompts as Authorization Required! and asks for User Id and Password.

It was all good till 2 days before.

Need help to come out of this problem.

As far as I understand all IP Phones recently added are requesting an authorization when pressing the services/directories button, so the phone screen has a prompt for Authorization Required, Username, Password to be entered.

Are you using extension mobility?, and are you logged into the phone?

I am experiencing the same issue with a 4.2.1 sr1b installation, the problem just started this morning. The BARS utility failed to load last night and since that time this has been a problem, can't see how the two are related.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
