IP Phones Reseting

We are having some problems with IP Phones resetting themselves. IP Configuring pops up or CM Down. Nothings changed on the config recently.

Could be a separate problem but one of the nics on the server stops responding randomly, I have to disable and enable the device for it to appear on the network again. (this is the nic that is used for SMTP).

Not all phones are affected and its random, anyone have any ideas?

I noticed this thismorning on my UC520. phones suddenly skipped over to the IP configuration window and hung. They went individually, not all at once.

I havent changed the config, so I think we may have the same issue....
