Cisco Desktop Enterprise Service crashed

Hi,

I have CRS 4.5(2) and have installed SR2 and after that Cisco Desktop Enterprise Service crashed!!!

have you seen at the event viewer what could be the error when Desktop Enterprise Services crash?

I have reloaded all servers, and Call Managers and IPCC and situation is the same.

This is only error in event viewer:

The description for Event ID ( 49416 ) in Source ( Cisco Systems, Inc. CRS ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: CRS\Distributor.
