Problem with DDI number on Callmanager

I am having problems with a number 8888 on the callmanager. If I divert this number anywhere it rings engaged even when this is not the case e.g. I used to have it set as a CTI route point no. ringing to a hunt group but the problem started when the number was ringing constantly engaged. When I set the 8888 number up directly as a hunt group then it does pass calls through to the other extns and if I put the number directly onto a phone it rings fine so the number from the service provider is working but the callmanager seems to have issues with it whenever it is diverted.

I have tried deleting the number and removing it from the route plan report but still have had no success.

I have this problem too.
