I don't know if this can be done but would Unity be able to generate a report as to how many voicemails our helpdesk phone has had from a certain laps of time?
Up to 250 report you can generate. If you want to run a web page report that is larger than 250 records, browse to Connection Administration from another computer, and then generate the report.
