I got a "Cisco Unified Video Advantage with VT Camera II". But it seems as if all I got is the camera and not the Cisco Unified Video Advantage.
On the Cisco website, all I get when I press download softare is: NOTE:
There are currently no files for this type.
All the numbers on Cisco.com are out of service or disconnected (no longer available), and when I e-mailed Cisco they say I have to PURCHASE a contract. And heavens know what that means.
Please help me! It's just a webcam, for crying out loud!

When ordering the VT Advantage 2 Camera there are a couple of parts you need to order. The first is the physical camera. The second is the VT Advantage 2.x user license. The user license is the software. If you only ordered the Camera the software is not included.

You need to verify that you are licensed for the software properly, but here is the link to the downloads for VT Advantage.

I hope this helps,
