To resolve this problem, perform this procedure:

If any antivirus software is installed on the TFTP server, disable it.

If TFTP file caching is enabled, disable it.

To disable TFTP file caching, follow these steps:

Go to the Service/Service Parameter page, and select TFTP Service.

Click the Advanced button.

Enable the Caching of Constant and Bin Files at Startup parameter.

Set the Enable Caching of Configuration Files to false.

im having the same problem.

The proposed doesnt work. There arent any SEP files generated.

Could this be a virus?

Any hint?

Same problem with:

CCM 4.2.3 SR1

OS 2000.4.4SR2

After upgrade to:

CCM 4.2.3 SR3

OS 2000.4.4.SR11

Problem solved.

Hope it helps.

Met.

I will try both and see what happens. Thanks for the reply.

I'm currently running OS 2000.4.5 with 4.5aSR2 and also CallManager 4.2.1SR1b.

Make the call manager upgrade and let me know that it works.

Regards

Met
