cm 6.0 LDAP is not synchronize with Windows 2003 AD

I setup callmanager 6.0 LDAP to intregate with Windows 2003 AD server. Callmanager can import user to LDAP for first time but after I change some information of user on AD and press "Perfrom Full Sync Now" button on Callmanager admin page after sync process finish user information on callmanager is not change and some user on AD cannot sync to LDAP. I'm try to restart callmanager server but callmanager's LDAP still not sync.please help.thank you

To enable CCM LDAP Synchronization you will need to complete the following steps.

1. Go to System > LDAP > LDAP System > Check the box Enable Synchronizing from LDAP Server.

2. Go to System > LDAP > LDAP Directory. Add in your relevant information.

3. Go to System > LDAP > LDAP Authentication. Enter your relevant information.

4.Then you can go to System > LDAP > LDAP Directory and click " Perform Full Sync Now". Once it is completed you will see all your Netscape LDAP users in global directory.

How long this process is going to take ?

It's running 1 our ago and no one user is import from LDAP.

I follow the step you mentionned but nothing appens.

At the third step, I can't review this information...

I don't want that my users use LDAP authentication but the Publisher embedded directory that is import from LDAP (step 1 and 2)
