Hi,
I'm running a throughput test between a 6500 and a 3750E with a SX MM connection, 50 meters.
Using an app that pumps out 5k udp discard packets in one direction my out put interface looks like this:
30 second output rate 997298000 bits/sec, 92385 packets/sec
Input queue: 0/75/0/0 (size/max/drops/flushes); Total output drops: 0
Queueing strategy: fifo
Output queue: 0/40 (size/max)
While on the other end I see:
30 second input rate 945345000 bits/sec, 87971 packets/sec
Input queue: 1/75/0/0 (size/max/drops/flushes); Total output drops: 0
Queueing strategy: fifo
Output queue: 0/40 (size/max)
Where is my 50mbits? Im guessing its getting lost in the fibre and the joins of the patch leads?
cpu is ok.

Hi,
Please recheck the Speed and Duplex on both end switches.
Thanks,
Krishna.

Could you please post a full show int int and a show int int counters detail from each side? I think the reason will become evident from those diagnostics.
