In CCM 4.2 there is a feature called Common Profile which you can use to allocated Softkeys, MOH etc to a group of users however in 5.1 though this profile does exist it does not seem to do alot or least not how I wish to use them. Ideally I want to use it so to allocated different MOH resources to users, at the moment it is done via DP`s which I do not want to continue as I`m looking to use DP`s for load balancing CCM Groups and so this would increase the number of DP`s I have to create/ manage. Does anyone know if the "full version" of Common Profile will be available again if so what release ?
thanks

Hi Wayne,
The "Common Profile" feature is back in CCM 6.x. Under a "new" name "Common Device" just to spice things up :) Have a look;

Hope this helps!

Hi Wayne,
You are most welcome :) These name changes make features hard to track for sure!
Take care,
Rob
