I found a document on Cisco that seems to imply you should multiply the rate * 4000 to get the actual rate in bps w/6500 switches. It says (http://cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps700/products_tech_note09186a00801c8c4b.shtml):
Interval = 4000/second
Rate = tokens (bits) per interval
So, if the command were "set qos policer aggregate udp-111 rate 1000 burst 13 drop", then the actual rate is set to 1000 bits * 4000 1/sec = 4Mbps. Is that correct? Or is the rate just 1000 Kbps?
