Call Rex recording 3rd party phone calls ????

Hello ,please excuse my lack of experience in this area, but our Call Rex is recording calls from 3rd party users that are not part of our phone system. I am a total Noob to CISCO/Voip so be gentle.

You may want to discuss the details with Kieth at call rex a good resource.

Are you in a hosted environment? you may want to describe more as what is being recorded is this have to be on same spanning network. Also what is it your are trying to record call center agents? emergency etc?

Cisco Consultant resolved the issue. Needed to edit settings for agents name ,IP in Call Rex. Thanks.
