Callmanager 4.3 - Stable ?

had problems with Bat templates & Extension Mobility, plus AXL issues in the past. If staying with MS platform, is 4.3 recommended. I have heard that version 7 will be both Linux and Windows and coming out in 2008 2nd quarter? Customer wants to stay with windows - preferrable 2003.

what are your thoughts

I recommend you to stay in 4.1(3) because at this moments there is no way to upgrade to CCM 5 & 6 from any other version, not sure if it will be the same for CCM 7 but I guess that will be the case. To be honest I had a lot of cases from 4.3(1) when I was in the TAC and in my opinion 4.1(3) is good just with a few less features.
