3750 - Hub
3750's 37 port connected to a Hub,and 5 hosts behind the Hub.
int f0/37 is a private-vlan isolate port
which way the 5 hosts behind the HUB communicate?
i don't know if they can communicate through 2 layer ?
or they can't contact each other from 2 layer because the isolate feature ?

The hosts can communicate directly between them, without going through the switch. So private vlan (or any feature configured on the bridge for that matter) has no influence on the connectivity between the hosts.
