We found that after pub and sub upgrade to OS 2000.4.5b.sr3, rtmt tool stuck in starting status without error message pop-up when pointing to pub. However, it works if pointing to sub. The ccm version is 4.1(3) sr3a. What happen?

i've fixed it by just re-booting publisher server.
