Hi,

I have an IPCC Enterprise 7.2 and webview historical reports are not working.

Real time reports are working ok.

I have tried similar cases in tech tips and in forums with not success.

Although I have opened a case, could anyone help me?

Thanks in advance

Raul

Hi Raul,

I had a template with at least 8 scenarios for it, you are truly better off working in the Service Request on this ;-)

This is date time format issue for Sybase ODBC config file, just do a search inside file 'pbodb100.ini' for "datetime format" field, correct datetime format to 'mm-dd-yyyy', and restart "jaguar service".

This issue used to happening for French Webview in 7.1, now it is fixed in 7.2 for French one, but goes to English.
