Does anyone know what the key sequence is on CCM5.0 and UNity 4.2 to send a call directly to a persons voicemail without ringing the extension first?

Hi Nicholas,
To add a touch more to the great info from Jon;
Create an extension within the phone system that routes callers to Cisco Unity. Create a call routing rule in Cisco Unity to direct all calls from this extension to the opening greeting.
This workaround applies to all versions of Cisco Unity. Complete these steps for operator transfer to a greeting on another extension:
Ask the caller to hold.
Press the Transfer button and dial the extension number as defined above.
When the greeting plays, dial the extension number, #, and 2.
Press Transfer in order to complete the transfer, and then end the call with the End Call button or hang up in order to transfer the call to the personal greeting.

This requires some setup on CM. Here are the steps:
Create a new VM Profile called XferToVM or something like that. Assign a mask of XXXX (where the X's are your extensions, so if you have 4 digit extensions, you need 4 X's.)
Create a CTI route point called XferToVM or something like that. Assign the proper CSS, etc.
For the DN on the CTI route point create something unique such as *XXXX (where X's are your extensions). Assign the proper Partition and CSS, set the Voicemail Profile to the one we created above and then set CFWDALL to voicemail.
To test dial *XXXX (where X's are your extension) and the call should go right to voicemail.
Thank you,
Jon

The default pilot will work just fine.
