One of our CM's users encountered an echoing issue every time she places a conference call using hands free speaker. The far side's sound came out like a robot.
Can any one give me some idea for trouble shooting?
Hands free speaker meaning the speaker on the phone or is it some other 3rd party headset like plantronics?
