Unrecognized error

I received this error when trying to get in unity through IExplo.. any help would be great

Unrecognized error

hr=0x8000FFFF (Catastrophic failure\x0D\x0A)

Try reseting the AvDSAD & AvGlobalCatalog services. This should clear up the issue.

That worked great - thankyou, but one more thing after doing that I was able to add only one user when I had CiscoUnity search our ActiveDir. Now it doesnt seem to find any users on the exch server old or new. Is there another service I may need to restart.
