NAC Appliance AV/AS list

I am in the early stages of setting up my NAC and when I look at the AV/AS vendor list, there are no entries.

My update screen says:

Current Version of Supported AV/AS Product List: 0

When I attempt an update, it fails with the message: No update is available for supported AV/AS product list.

With no list loaded and no list available, what do I do now?

SSH to the NAM and ensure it can do NSLOOKUP to cisco.com - you just want to make sure it has access out.

Under - Device Management - Clean Access- Updates - make sure you have all the boxes checked and a time set under the sub-tab "Update"

Not sure what else could be the cause.
