upgrade from 2.0(3) to 3.2(1)?

I have just been handed a couple of switches to manage. I think the last time I did an upgrade on an MPLS box was when 2.0(3) was current... so it's been a while. Is it recommended to go to 3.2(1)? Can I do it directly, or do I need to do this in phases? Any other gotchas?

NO!!! You must Update first to 2.1.(x) and the to 3.2.1
