Can anyone tell me wether or not it is possible to have a 7940 series phone connect to a callmanager server of vpn? The routers in question would be 831 and 871

ok i found thats its possible if you add the right dns servers and an option 150 ip callmanagerIP backupCallmanagerIP to your dhcp rule

You may not even need dns server for the phone to work. Just the tftp address.
