Hi all,
I am planning to add a sub flow on my IPCC Queuing Script, for Afterhours.
This part of the Script will be used to Authenticate a User by a PIN or Password, and if the PIN is correct to Transfer them to a Particular Number or if they fail to Authenticate then to Redirect them to a Local Voice mail.
I am looking for a sample Script or a Way to do this; your help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Thank you very much for the response. I have it working in my LAB, and i think i should be able to successfully add it in our call Centre.
The Only problem is, it is only one PIN used to authenticate, Is it possible to use more than one PIN or Passwords to Authenticate.

Yes you can use as many PINs as you like - Just add anouther script one level deeper in your IVR.

What version of CRA are you using to create this script.
I am using 3.5(3) and am unable to open it.
