Hi
We are having issue in ART/CDR sync. I have tried http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a008056bd4e.shtml and restarting the services.Still not getting records uptodate when i do search through extension(I can get reports upto 23'rd oct).I can see lot of flat files in the program files/cdr directory.The CCM Version is 4.0(1) SR2a
Please Let me know your suggestions

Hi Madan,
If you just restarted the scheduler it may take a little while to re-populate these records. Here is an excellent post from Neeshan @ Cisco on this subject;

After doing the few changes mentioned in the above URL we are able to generate User extension based reports but still not getting extension based summary report .
