CCME:Call Detail Records

Hi,

We are running CCME 4.1.

In CCME at the most we can see 500 call entries(CDR).

We are planning to use third party application to provide CDR records(like CCM).

Please let me know any configuration parameters needs to be added on CCME so that the call details from CCME are dumped on the PC where the Third party application is running.

Cisco Unified CME GUI

Syslog or RADIUS servers

SNMP CISCO-DIAL-CONTROL-MIB and CISCO-VOICE-DIAL-CONTROL-MIB

Voice performance statistics from Cisco Unified CME
